Become An EX - EX is a free quit plan that will help you stop smoking. Its not about why to quit, its all about HOW. Created by medical experts and tested by real smokers.

Quitting Smoking: Why To Quit and How To Get Help – From the National Cancer Institute – health problems caused by smoking, immediate and long-term benefits of quitting smoking, and other common questions associated with smoking, health, treatment medications, and how to quit.

Smoking Cessation Health Center – Get strategies and skills for quitting, and plan your quit strategy by using the U.S. Surgeon General’s five keys for quitting.

Tobacco Free Maine provides information designed to teach prevention for parents, educators, communities, providers, and workplaces.

American Lung Association of Maine
The American Lung Association of Maine fights lung disease through research, legislation, and education. Our work impacts every Maine community and we are proud to say that nearly 90% of our funds stay in our state. The remainder is used to support nationwide education, research and public policy programs. We are not a state agency and we do not rely on state funds. The American Lung Association of Maine is supported by private donations and volunteers – people just like you. Together, we can help to improve lung health for the people of Maine.
