BAM! Body and Mind: This site provides users with fun and healthy recipes and tips for positive dining decisions as well as a forum through which users can communicate with one another.

Best Bones Forever: This site targets girls between the ages of 10 and 16. It provides many different resources about milk, vitamin D, calcium and more, all in an effort to increase bone health awareness. In addition, it has a “fun stuff” section where it promotes different physical activities and provides quizzes and games.

Girl’s Health: Targeting tween and teen girls, this website aims to introduce girls to the concept of healthy eating and informs them about the harms that come from keeping an improper, nutrient-deficient, diet.

Healthy Heart: This website teaches users about the dangers of high cholesterol and heart disease. It provides information for teens to use to make healthy choices and combat risk factors for heart disease.

Kid Source: This website gives an in depth look at important topics in teen health and nutrition, such as what teens need to eat, nutrient needs and eating disorders.

Know Your Fats: This page is loaded with information for readers about fats and provide tips for eating out, among other things.

Meals Matter:  This is a great website for meal makers of all levels. It provides great resources to help users develop healthy eating patterns and is loaded with recipes that are as delicious as they are healthy.

My Pyramid Tracker: This website provides users with tools that allow them to assess the quality of their food intake and the value of their physical activity. By keeping track of, and comparing, the energy gained from meals and the energy that is expended through physical activity, the Energy Balance feature allows users to understand better understand their energy balance status as well as the link between exercise and proper nutrition.

Need 2 Know: This website aims to provide teenagers with information needed to learn about the benefits of, and how to maintain, a healthy diet.

Pregame Nutrition: This page is a great resource for all young, amateur athletes. It gives an insightful look at what should be eaten and what should be avoided in order to remain healthy and maximize athletic potential.

Spot the Block: This website/campaign is aimed at teaching kids Nutrition Facts Labels and how to use them to compare foods and make smart food choices.

Take Charge: This website encourages teens to take charge of their health. By giving tips on eating healthy, engaging in physical activity and staying committed, this site lays down a blueprint to help users maintain a healthy weight.

Take Control of Your Health: This site shows teens how to lead a healthy lifestyle through proper eating decisions and physical activity.

Teen’s Health: This site affords teens many useful articles that provide information on topics such as vegetarianism, the freshman 15, eating for sports, eating disorders and much more.

Vitamin and Mineral Supplements: A great resource for teens interested in supplements, this website provides people with information on different vitamins and minerals including their benefits, what foods contain them and in what quantity they ought to be consumed.

yourSELF: The content on this website was created by kids, for kids. It provides nutrition information for adolescents and offers them tips to help them make healthy decisions.
