Leadership Action Team
Denise Delorie District Special Projects works with District Coordinating Council (DCC) and is also working on Lead Poison Prevention and Worksite Health promotion.
 
*Lynn Kandiko GSPHC/SHH Administrative Assistant
 
*Jessica Hebert Tobacco Alcohol and other Drug Prevention Coordinator working with SCARP and Youth and Family Services.  
 
*Kristie LeBlanc Physical Activity Program Coordinator; Move More, Move More Kids, and 5210 Goes to School.
 
Karyn Martin is the School Health Coordinator for MSAD #59.  
 
*Angela Norton Nutrition Program Coordinator; Feed the Kids, Nutrition Food Service Development, Somerset Nutrition Action Committee (SNAC), and community resource person.  
 
*Bill Primmerman is the Project Director for GSPHC and Somerset Heart Health.  Provides leadership, technical assistance, and oversight for the programs and initiatives the action team is carrying out.
 
Velda Yamashiro is the School Health Coordinator in MSAD #54.   
 
Other contracted staff to support the work: Michel Lahti, Ken Town, Kate Mantor, Rob Rogers, Anna Court and Chris Russell.
 
RFGH Volunteers: Rhonda Daggett, Joan Black, and Crystal Locke.
