John Doucette: GSPHC Board Chair, Skowhegan Town Manager and Skowhegan Main Street Board Member. Representing Skowhegan.

Carol Steward: RFGH Support Services/PR Marketing Director. Representing Skowhegan, Canaan, Cornville, Norridgewock, Mercer, and Smithfield.

Amy Cunningham: GSPCH Secretary. Somerset County Commissioners designee to board, Somerset Emergency Preparedness Program Staff, and Cornville Parent. Representing all towns in our service area.

Brent Colbry: Superintendent of Schools representative on the Board from RSU/MSAD 54 and Skowhegan Rotarian. Representing Skowhegan, Canaan, Cornville, Norridgewock, Mercer, and Smithfield.

Barry Moores: Chief of Police, Town of Madison and Member Representative of the Somerset County Underage Drinking Task Force. Representing Madison, East Madison, Starks, Anson, Athens, Embden, Highland Plantation and New Portland.

Georgiana Wright: New Balance Foundation Regional Grants Manager and SHH Move More Kids Committee Member. Representing Skowhegan and Norridgewock.

John Philbrick: Citizen of Caratunk, and Adventure Bound Director. Representing Caratunk, the Forks, West Forks, and Pleasant Ridge Plantation.

Nanook Tuefferd: GSPHC Vice Chair. Bingham Branch Manager for Skowhegan Savings Bank. Representing Bingham, Solon, Moscow and Pleasant Ridge Plantation.

Joanne Burns: GSPHC Treasurer. Registered Dietitian representing KVCAP and it’s Head Start Program, resident of Madison. Representing Madison, Anson, Skowhegan, Norridgewock, and Canaan.

Please Note: GSPHC membership consists of a diverse group of individuals and organizations who assist in carrying out essential public health services for our citizens. Commitment in writing is required to be a GSPHC member. Board meetings are open to the public. GSPHC members sit on Jackman and Bingham Leadership Teams, Somerset Economic Development Corporation, Somerset County Emergency Preparedness, KVCAP and SCARP committees and we have Sub committees for Tobacco, Physical Activity, Nutrition and Substance Abuse.
