As a local coailtion with the purpose to significantly and meaningfully involve its citizens in developing and carrying out Chronic Disease prevention through initiatives which support tobacco free lifestyle, physical activity, good nutrition and the responsible and legal use of alcohol and other drugs, Somerset Heart Health is offering the most current information about the upcoming H1N1 flu season.
