Welcome to Somerset Heart Health's website. Our mission is to serve as the action team for the Greater Somerset Public Health Coalition (GSPHC), a local Healthy Maine Partnership. We support the GSPHC's purpose to significantly and meaningfully involve its citizens in developing and carrying out Chronic Disease prevention through initiatives which support tobacco free lifestyle, physical activity, good nutrition and the responsible and legal use of alcohol and other drugs.
